hi everyone! welcome to my blog. hope you all enjoy reading what i've been up to. honestly, i don't have that exciting of a life so don't expect too much. i don't know how well i will be keeping up with this (especially since school has started again-ahhhhhhhhh!!!), but i will try my best.
first, i want to introduce you all to my goofy dog jake. he is a nut!!!
well, we all know that the summer is really over when the nys fair comes and goes. today was the last day of the fair. i had fun this year- my sister and i went to the CARRIE UNDERWOOD concert at the fair last monday. that was cool and we had awesome seats- 2nd row!!! it was a great show. not only did she sing everysong on heralbum, but she also covered a couple GUNS 'N' ROSES songs- "PATIENCE" and "SWEET CHILD O' MINE". her performance of "sweet child o' mine" was awesome. she started the song just sitting on a stool playing an acoustic guitar and then she just started to rock out. it was great. here's one pic i took at the end of the concert. i would recommend going to see her in concert if anyone gets a chance- even if you don't like country music, i think everyone would still enjoy her concert. she has a fun stage presence and an incredible voice.
well, i got school tomorrow so i better get the rest of my work done for my classes tomorrow and get to bed.
before i go, i want to recommend a movie too. i have to say that i think the best movie in movie theaters right now is STEP UP. if you liked SAVE THE LAST DANCE, i am sure that you would like this movie. they are very similar but of course they do have somewhat of a different storyline. this is awful but i have seen the movie four times so far since it's release, but you know what?- i loved it each and every time!!! ps- for the girls, CHANNING TATUM is enough of a reason to go see the movie!!
