Today is my official birthday but the celebration started on Thursday after work when my mom and I went and bought my birthday present from my parents.. A new camera! I love it! I've always gotten Kodak but this is a Samsung... It has so many awesome features, some that I will probably not even use! Oh and did I mention that it is RED! Look how pretty... An you can kinda see some of the features:
So my mom and I get the camera and I said that I wanted to go and look at what they have for cell phones, even though I wasn't ready for an upgrade until July... I just wanted to see what they had. I found this phone that I loved and I even said, "That's the one I am going to get in July!" What happens the next morning at work? I broke my old one.. I had it in my back pocket, which had a button on it and the button went right through the front display. Even though I wanted an upgrade, I didn't want it to happen that way.. I loved my old phone :( So anyways, after work that day, I headed back to Best Buy and got my new phone! The phone was FREE and the upgrade cost was only $18. I am so excited! I love new gadgets, so you can just imagine, this was an awesome birthday for me! Not to mention, Saturday night, I grabbed some food and drinks with some friends and then I spent the day with the family yesterday :) I got hugs and kisses and "happy birthdays" from my six nieces and nephews and we all reminisced by watching my sister's wedding video.. It will be 10 years on the 22nd! I was only 14! Also, to continue on with my birthday celebration, I am having dinner and getting ice cream with two very close friends tonight :)
I couldn't ask for anything more for my birthday!
Oh and how could I forget.. My man, Justin Timberlake, even gave me a present... He hosted SNL this weekend!! As always, he was hysterical! Below are his skits from this weekend's show:
