ok so i haven't posted in a while but you know with xmas and all- crazy crazy crazy!!! so did everyone have a good xmas? hope so! xmas day was pretty hectic (five kids under five years old!) over at my sister's house but lots of fun. we just started doing chinese gift exchanges last year and this year was very fun- a lot of stealing presents. i ended up with $20 worth of scratch off tickets. even though i only won $6 on them i was still happy cause i love scratch offs- i am addicted!!! this was really sweet too- a little kid who always brings me some flowers too the library where i work bought me a scratch off for xmas which i won another $2 on. that was just really sweet. another fun thing i got was this "iflop" dog pillow:
what you do is you plug your ipod into it and the music comes out of the headphones. i didn't think that was how it worked, but i don't care cause it is just so darn cute. thanks mom!!!
anyways, i'm watching KING OF QUEENS right now and it is so funny. i love this show! (not that you would know but i am doing some other stuff while writing this and it is taking me quite a while- EVERYBODY LOVES RAYMOND is on now. lol!) ok, i am not even joking, but as soon i looked at the tv, the king of queens just came back on. how strange is that?!
well, last thursday i went to see THE HOLIDAY in the theaters. it was pretty good. i am not a huge fan of any of the people in the movie (CAMERON DIAZ, KATE WINSLET, JACK BLACK, and JUDE LAW) but i loved all of them in this movie. i never thought JUDE LAW was cute before, but i loved his character in this movie. if anyone sees it, you might not like him at first but you will totally warm up to him. i also went to see CHARLOTTE'S WEB last night. it was really cute. i didn't cry but i did have a few tears in my eyes. my friend sarah said she did too. i was quite squemish about charlotte- the spider. i almost forgot too- a couple weeks ago i went to see THE PURSUIT OF HAPPYNESS. that was such an inspiring movie and like always WILL SMITH is incredible. his real life son JADEN plays his son in the movie too. he's adorable :)
i would recommend seeing any of these movies. i plan to go see WE ARE MARSHALL some time next week, so i will give you my review of that soon. all i know right now is that not only does the movie look good, but the guys (MATTHEW McCONAUGHEY and MATTHEW FOX) look good too :)
